The room was lovely. We tried the breakfast on our last day but we're highly disappointed for the price if cold food. And no tables set out we had to find cutlery and salt and pepper. We ordered a mar-tea-ni which was bought to us and explained the cocktail was kissing an ingredient and the bar person assured us it was still a serviceable drink which it wasn't! Maybe next time her should test the drink himself.

Overall satisfied with the hard prodct dissatisfied with the soft aspects.

The reception staff are excellent, the concierge provided great service, it was excellent the down fall was the fact that we were out and about for 7 hours and return to relax only to be interrupted by room cleaning staff who were very pleasant but servicing our room around 3pm each day was a real let down as they were rushing and whilst addressed most issues there were some aspects missed like replenishing the tea and coffee, I considered an inconvenience and an interruption to our holiday is a reflextion of poor support for multi night bookings. This was our sixth visit to this establishment and we enjoy the location but the finner aspects need some thought.
