The location is perfect, beautiful room with lake views. The room is big, super comfortable beds, nice ac system. In my opinion bathroom looks too old and it was rusty specially the shower. I had beautiful views to the lake that I couldn’t enjoy because the windows were very dirty. You can see that really long time ago was last time someone cleaned it. When I came to the hotel the room was not ready even it was more than 3PM. This should not be a problem usually but I found that the day that I am checking out, before 11 housekeeping tried to enter 3 times and at 11:15 again + call from reception. I did not have a good experience.

A very dated hotel, in much need of new carpet, painting, and new outfittings. We had a double room (two double-sized beds) which felt really squishing in the tiny room. The bathroom was dated and pokey. Certainly not what I expected for the price we paid. It was in a good location along the lake front. Lifts weren’t working.

Friendly staff who were happy to help. Great location to the lake and shops. Room was great however was a little difficult to step in and out of bath, as the shower was over a bath. In room service was excellent. Would stay again.
